Pet Rules

• Dogs must be always on a leash, except if they are in the water. In the water, owners must remain alert so that their dogs do not run away or interfere with other groups. The owner is responsible for their dogs at all times.
• Dogs must be taken to the grass area on the north side of the east garages to relieve themselves. If your dog urinates on grass other than the area designated above, the owner must hose the area down or dump a bucket of water on the area.
• Picking up after your dog is required.
• Owners are responsible for their guest’s dogs and pets.
• Dogs may not be left leashed and unattended outside your condo.

CONSEQUENCES: To be determined by the Board depending upon frequency and severity in accord with previously described parameters.
