General Rules

  • A condo is not the same as a private residence. Please respect your co-owners and their rights to enjoy the property.
  • Owners are responsible for the conduct of your guests. Share the condo rules with them.
  • Children must be properly supervised while on the property. Children engaging in dangerous behavior needs to be addressed.
  • All modifications to the interior of a unit must be presented to the Board for approval prior to construction.
  • All monthly dues payments should be scheduled so they are received by our bank by the first day of the month they are due.
  • No items are to be stored in any of the hallways.
  • Paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boats, etc. may not be stored overnight on the grass and lawns.
  • Marijuana use must be contained within the owner’s condo in a manner not detectable to your neighbors.
  • Fireworks of any kind are not permitted on the property.
  • Bonfires are only allowed in the sand area in specifically designed bonfire stoves. The stoves are to be removed once they are cooled.
  • Toys, lawn furniture, games, etc. must be removed from the beach, pier and, common areas at the end of each day.
  • Trash and garbage must be placed in the trash bin provided. Large boxes must be broken down before being place in the dumpster. Do not set garbage next to trash bin.
  • Owners are responsible for disposal of old appliances and furniture.
  • Speed limit in the parking lot is 5mph. The parking lot often has kids playing, is narrow, and has blind spots.
  • Vehicle maintenance is not permitted in the parking area. This does not pertain to seasonal  boat maintenance.
  • Do not park opposite the trash bin from 11pm Tuesday night to 11am Wednesday morning. Trash pick-up on Wednesday morning needs this area to maneuver.
  • Boat trailers cannot be stored long term in the parking lot. Trailers cannot obstruct others from accessing parking spaces or garages.
  • Awnings will conform to the color, fabric, etc. as previously approved by the Association. 
  • Deck construction will conform to the construction methods and materials previously approved by the Association.
  • Patio walls will conform to the construction methods and material previously approved by the Association.

 

 

CONSEQUENCES: To be determined by the Board depending upon frequency and severity in accord with previously described parameters.
